Jessica Rackley, BSW is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in healthcare. As the Director of the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program at the Rural Health Association of Tennessee, she leads initiatives that enhance the well-being of rural communities, focusing on mental health and substance use disorder education and support. With a background in nursing, Jessica has advanced my skills in patient care, critical thinking, and empathy. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Northern Arizona University, where she graduated cum laude and was also Tennessee's first Community Health Worker Apprenticeship graduate. These experiences supporting patients in both clinical and non-clinical settings allow Jessica to bridge the gap between healthcare and social services effectively.
