Rural Health Association of Tennessee is partnered with TennCare and Findhelp.org to bring an open-source resource directory to Tennesseans looking for help accessing basic necessities.

RHA hosts monthly Tennessee Community Compass 101 and 201 trainings, open for anyone to attend. These two-part trainings teach users how to navigate the Tennessee Community Compass website, make changes to your nonprofit's listings, and how to start connecting people with needed resources.

Introduction to Tennessee Community Compass (101)
Learn how to:

  • Search for and connect people to resources
  • Send and track your referrals
  • Claim your program and join the Tennessee Community Compass network

Navigating Your Free Suite of Tools (201)

Learn how to:

  • Manage program listings and collaborate with your team
  • Determine eligibility and manage intakes
  • Capture your impact using Tennessee Community Compass analytics reporting
