Addressing Social Drivers of Health with Tennessee Community Compass

TennCare, findhelp.org, and Rural Health Association of Tennessee are partnering to bring increased care coordination between nonprofits and healthcare providers through the Tennessee Community Compass platform.

Each month RHA is hosting Tennessee Community Compass 101 and 201 training, open for anyone to attend. These two-part trainings will teach users how to navigate the Tennessee Community Compass website, make changes to your nonprofit's listings, and how to start connecting people with needed resources.

Introduction to Tennessee Community Compass (101)

Training Objectives:
  • How to search for and connect people to resources
  • How to send and track your referrals
  • How to claim your program and join the Tennessee Community Compass network

Navigating Your Free Suite of Tools (201)

Training Objectives:
  • Manage program listings and collaborate with your team
  • Manage intake and determine eligibility
  • Capture your impact using Tennessee Community Compass analytics reporting
