Tiffany Padgett brings a warm spirit and a passion for helping others to her role as the Rural Health Clinic (RHC) Program Coordinator for the Rural Health Association (RHA) of Tennessee. Known for her knack for problem-solving and her dedication to supporting rural healthcare, Tiffany works closely with a collaborative team to further RHA's mission of strengthening healthcare in Tennessee, with a particular focus on federally designated RHCs. In her role, Tiffany wears many hats, including data collection and analysis, coordinating trainings, and fostering collaboration through membership and network activities. She is committed to ensuring RHC Network Members have the resources and support they need to thrive, always approaching her work with a mindset of service and compassion. With a diverse background in operations, sales, and marketing, along with deep experience in the healthcare and behavioral health sectors, Tiffany is uniquely equipped to understand the challenges rural providers face and to help find solutions that truly make a difference. Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Journalism, with minors in Spanish and Political Science, from Middle Tennessee State University. Outside of work, she enjoys indulging her creativity through crafting, solving puzzles, and exploring new and delicious foods. Her vibrant personality and commitment to rural health make her an invaluable member of the RHA team.
