Jaimie RiccitelliJaimie Riccitelli is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management, program development, and partnership building. With a master’s degree in strategic leadership and a graduate certificate in nonprofit management, Jaimie has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, cultivating impactful partnerships, and delivering meaningful results.

Currently serving as Community Compass Manager at Rural Health Association of Tennessee, Jaimie’s role will provide support to the Resource Liaisons as they help community-based organizations understand how to incorporate the closed-loop referral system, Tennessee Community Compass, into their workflows.

In previous roles, Jaimie has spearheaded community outreach efforts by providing over 250,000+ pairs of shoes to underserved communities in her role as Outreach Manager at Soles4Souls and was on the first team to support survivors of Interpersonal Violence connect to housing resources through the Domestic Violence Coordinated Entry System into Davidson County in her role as Coordinated Entry Specialist and Community Educator at The Mary Parrish Center.

Jaimie’s commitment to program management was exemplified during her tenure at the Oasis Center, where she supervised a team of 15-20 staff members, developed inclusive programs for diverse populations, and utilized trauma-informed care principles to support youth in crisis and young adults experiencing homelessness. As a certified Youth Program Quality Assessment External Assessor with NAZA, she also conducted evaluations to ensure quality standards in youth programs.

With expertise in project management, community outreach, and data analysis, Jaimie is passionate about creating equitable opportunities and driving positive change. Whether managing large-scale initiatives or engaging directly with underserved communities, she brings a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on leadership to every project.
