Elizabeth Ball is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in integrated health care models in Tennessee. Join her and Mike Coleman, CEO of McKenzie Medical Center, a rural health clinic in West Tennessee to talk about their integrated health model on May 4th, 2021 from 11am - 12pm Central.
