Beth Keylon is a high performing strategic thinking professional with 20+ years of workforce development, organizational leadership, and public service. Beth started at Rural Health Association of Tennessee as the Assistant Director of Workforce Development in May 2022 and now serves as the Senior Director of Operations. Beth works cross-functionally with all programs providing program management, evaluation, and administrative support. Beth obtained two associate’s degrees in computer informational systems from Chattanooga State Communi8ty College and graduated from Bryan College with a bachelor’s degree in business from Bryan College. Beth was born and raised in a small rural community in Sale Creek, Tennessee where she enjoys walking, running, playing basketball, relaxing at the pool and working puzzles in her spare time.
