The Rural Health Association of Tennessee invites you to participate in a six-part webinar series, held weekly at 12:00 PM CST, designed to equip healthcare providers, community leaders, and advocates with strategies to strengthen aging services across rural Tennessee. Made possible through generous support from the National Rural Health Association and the John A. Hartford Foundation, the Age-Friendly in Rural Tennessee webinar series provides practical tools to improve care and support for older adults in rural communities. Each session will showcase real-world solutions and collaborative approaches to improve health outcomes, reduce social isolation, and support older adults and their caregivers.
