In 42 CFR 491.11, CMS-certified Rural Health Clinics are federally required to conduct a biennial evaluation of their total program. How can you ensure the review process isn’t merely a regulatory checkbox, but a strategic tool for growth? This session will provide RHC managers with the knowledge and tools to navigate the complexities of the biennial review process, ensuring compliance while maximizing the operational benefits of this requirement. Templates for both the biennial program review and the timeline will also be provided, offering participants practical resources to implement immediately. Presented by Tonne McCoy, M.S., CRHCP, LSS - Green Belt, Technical Assistance Director with the National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health (NOSORH). Tonne's knowledge and experience helps the 50 State Offices of Rural Health develop rural programming expertise, ultimately helping their rural communities become and remain more well.
