COVID-19 Safety Measures:

First and foremost, we encourage everyone to be vaccinated. Vaccination is the best protection from the possibility of being seriously ill after exposure to COVID-19. Attendees not vaccinated are placing themselves at unnecessary risk.

We are taking the below safety measures for additional layers of safety:

  • Pre-conference Testing - All guests are encouraged to take a rapid, at-home COVID-19 test 48 hours before the conference. If you test positive or think you may have been exposed to someone with COVID, please contact your medical provider for a PCR-based laboratory test. Please do not attend if you test positive or are feeling ill.

  • Face Coverings - RHA of TN will provide a mask and lanyard that holds masks around the neck for all guests. Guests are asked to wear masks when registering, transitioning between sessions, or in close quarters with other conference attendees.

  • Wrist Bands - Guests will select a red, yellow, or green wrist band to communicate their level of comfort interacting with other attendees. Red signifies preference for maintaining distance and no physical contact; Yellow signifies preference for "elbows only" and moderate distancing; Green signifies comfort with handshakes, hugs, or high-fives.

  • Conference App -  New this year will be a conference app with details of the agenda, sponsors, and other relevant information. To eliminate passing of paper and pens, attendees will use the app for session and conference evaluations. (We will still provide a printed program booklet.)

  • Water Stations - The conference center has eliminated water stations and water service. We are purchasing a pallet of bottled waters to make available for guests.

  • Sanitation - Lysol wipes will be in each room to wipe down common areas after each session. Individually wrapped hand sanitizer wipes (scentless) will be on individual tables for people who wish to use.

  • Post Event - Attendees are encouraged to take a rapid, at home test 3-4 days after the event.
